Chuling completed her undergraduate studies at University of California, San Diego and joined the Lo Lab as a master’s student in September 2023. Her research focuses on investigating aberrant activation of signaling pathways that contribute to treatment resistance and aggressiveness in breast cancer. Currently, she is examining a novel combination therapy targeting triple-negative breast cancer. Driven by her strong interest in cancer biology, Chuling aims to pursue a PhD and become a research scientist, leveraging basic research to advance cancer therapies and bridge the gap between laboratory discoveries and clinical applications. In her free time, Chuling enjoys cooking, baking, photography, and K-pop concerts.
